Great central location near the Olympic park 🌳. The staff here are amazing, and the room is modern featuring two comfy queen-size beds.

Location pretty ok but next time will go for Mid Town as staying over the weekend. Staff is very professional.

This place has a historical charm to it. the rooms are super spacious, with two big queen-size beds. the location is fantastic, just a mile away from a cool museum you don't want to miss! 🏛️

Staff was very pleasant and friendly..... My room was done very well only "One" day I was there. The other days, the towels and face cloths were just slung on the racks. I came back to the room on one occassion and found my robe thrown and left on the bedroom lamp.

Upon my arrival, I had and encounter with one employee by the name of Stacy. She was very rude, seemed to have had an attitude and was not helpful "At All".... (I said to myself, "Welcome to Atlanta")Fortunately, there was a Manager there at the time. Her name was Catherine Phillips. She was a "Dream"..... I would like to take this opportunity to thank her again for her assistance and for intervening in this this matter, which was about to turn into a fiasco. IN WORKING WITH MANAGEMENT MYSELF, SOMETIMES OUR FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES NEED A REFRESHERS COURSE !!!!!

Staff is wonderful.Most helpfull polite people in the service industry. Room was great. Spent our 30th anniversary. Staff sent up card and snack tray as gift. Valet was equally as accomodating. Super fast. Car was on the curb by the time we got to the lobby every time.

Valet parking is cool I suppose but I like having access to my car without someone having to go get it. However it never took more than 3 mins. To retrieve it but street was busy where you had to load and unload.

The Residence Inn Atlanta Downtown is always a fantastic place to stay. The location is convenient, with the hotel situated next to Coca-Cola, the Georgia Aquarium, and a subway station and streetcar stop. The rooms are updated and the breakfast is satisfactory. Ted's Montana Grill is just a 5-minute walk away for great food. Plus, the hotel offers private parking and complimentary wake up service and ironing.

The Residence Inn offers many of the comforts of your own home. The queen suite provided ample space for working, sleeping, and relaxing. The kitchen is a great feature with a refrigerator, range top, microwave, and dishes. The breakfast buffet each morning is a nice addition. The hotel is conveniently located between two MARTA stops and within walking distance to the Georgia Congress Center.

I only wish there was a pool and bar/restaurant attached. But for dining, there are lots of convenient places accessible by walking or MARTA.

The room was very clean and the staff were very nice too.

No free parking lots.

The food was good and brought back very pleasant memories from my trip. the location was unbeatable, within walking distance of a fantastic museum. Additionally, it was conveniently close to downtown, popular tourist attractions, and excellent dining spots.

Near University. Nice pleasant staff. Good elevators. High floor and wonderful views.

Room not high quality. Odour of old carpets and tobacco. Breakfast food little basic.

It had a very convient location. Close to restauants and shopping.

The maid service was very slow.

I got a room with a super cozy bed, a pull-out couch, **and** a regular couch. 🛋️

Staff at front desk and at breakfast were very nice and friendly. We asked for grits on the first day when oatmeal was served, they said they would make it for us the next day and did, that was very nice. We came as a large group for the sec Championship, Tiger fans and had a blast, you have a great location to the park, restaurants, etc, Enjoyed our stay.

Staff upon arrival were fantastic. Room was spacious and beds comfortable

Valet parking is a bit difficult to get to during high traffic times.
